The best exposition of Yin and Yang was by Iolaus in Hercules

regularly featured Michael Hurst as his sidekick Iolaus. ]

In one episode with a pretentious sage a frustrated Iolaus cried
"Yeah, yeah I know. ...." and he rattled off a series of opposites in
the best yinyang tradition. I was laughing too hard to remember more.
The usual collection of scantily clad examples of ample womanhood
didn't help.
