this is exactly the chinese proverb : 含血噴人(spitting his blood to others). in non-communism countries, only high technology are required to get a permit before export. the only on government, who have to get permission for export is just PRC !!!!
that is why such monopolization squeezes the mainlanders to bones !!!!
