I really do not understand hoiw 200 trucks sold to Sudan can kill
people !
Implying that Trucks are offensive weapons is a new level of spinning.
According to the report, they are military trucks used by government
troops that kill and rape people. Maybe it's not on the same level as
guns, but it definitely is contributing to a very serious problem.
Trucks are used to transport food. goods, people, workers etc. Implying
that trucks are military is silly. A car can also be military too. How
about calling a scooter a military scooter. It can carry people to kill
and rape women too.
If you sell military transport trucks to a government that you know
transports members of its military to rape and kill people, do you
think there's any culpability there? Furthermore, the Chinese
government was also selling helicopters to the Sudanese government.
Military helicopters aren't scooters, either.
The Chinese government is selling equipment to a military that is part
of a genocide. It wasn't cool when the US sold weapons to Saddam
Hussein and it's not cool that the Chinese government is knowingly
helping the Sudanese military.
Ammesty juist lost some sense on this. .
