I met a black American man, he spoke fluent Mandarine, and he told me
he learn without going to China, my classmate is a India young man, he
also spoke a bit of Cantonese, I feel very surpise why he can
understand all the Chinese people speaking, he told me that, he like to
watch Hong Kong Movie so why he can understand even he can not speak it
fluent as the Chinese.

IF you really want to know the language it is no matter where you are,
you still can learn the language

While we still on the subject of learning a foreign language, there are
a lot of you gentlemen could use a class on English usage, spelling and
sentence structure.
