really such dogs can never know what he is saying, because of telling lies too often !!!

really accent have a lot of meaning,
so i do think this idioit is mixing up to a lot of others meanings,
in talking about pronunication.
every dictionary have for each word pronunciation symbols,
in which there must be a [`] was put.
this is what the accent means in pronunciation !
especially a chinese, almost all chinese have shift such accent to later syllable.
that is why chinese english is to rediculus to english peoples,
exactly as portugese speaks chinese language,
but in fact worse than that !!!
