seems many ppl talking here don't actually know anything about Chinese
traditional medicine and so on.


I thought centuries ago some guy travelled the land and sampled all
kinds of herbs on himeself to form the basis of herbal medicine. How
it works or what the active chemicals might be unknow but the effects
are well known.
