Use it to prove that CBC-SRC can hold out indefinitely, if necessary.
By IMMEDIATLY moving away from 'exclusive use' of BBC WS and BBC World TV
content, CBC-SRC management can immediately save itself much grief.
This may mean making CBC Radio / Newsworld / TV more like the SBS Network in
Australia, but this is an acceptable compromise as CBC-SRC needs to be more
'SBS like' due to changes in Canada's demographic makeup.
