What's the confusion is all about? It's the new arithmetic that will
set in a new process of parliamentary procedure in Cambodia. According
to CPP's new calculation, Funcinpec may not be part of the new
equation. It may be SRP instead. The current coalition partner may get
the seats, but it may not be enough to form a new government without a
new kind of deadlock.

That's why SRP is getting into the view of CPP telescope. Someone
