Please play AD once again for the old time sake

Yes sir, I want to hear that tune once again. Let me hear AD for the
old time sake and for the sake of democracy. Let show the hidden
talents that were once tapped from the merging of Funcinpec and SRP
against the relatively more formidable CPP that cheated at the poll in
2003.

The formula of Funcinpec + SRP was conceived in Camdisc in the spring
of 2002, about 1 year before the election of July 2003. The
constitutional deadlock dragged on. Then, the work group that was
created by representatives from CPP, Funcinpec and SRP resolved the
issues for the current coalition in Cambodia.

For reason of mystery, miracle and magic disappeared just as the
government was formed in 2004.

But now, the prospect of constitutional deadlock will not exist in
this upcoming election in July 2008. The new amendment would allow a
political party that is capable to get a 50% + 1 to form the
government in Cambodia.
