From the previous conversation between RFA Kem Sos and SRP Mua Sochua, a larger percentage of university graduates are unemployed in Cambodia

This is a serious social and economic concern. This is also the reason
I'm here, doing these posts for the last 10 years. It is to understand
the Khmer issues and helping folks solving the problems.

If you're university graduates, unemployed in Cambodia and are
interested to have jobs, please email me. In the last 3 years, I've
been helping people to get jobs by creating companies or placing folks
in other situation that would allow them to have promising future.

We have an impressive outcome. Those who hang on to the same company
have stable income but slow increase. But for those who are job
hopping, I have seen their salary increasing from somewhere between
300% to 500% in 3 years. This is a considerable amount of increase.

According to an article from the Phnom Penh Post, there's not lack of
job in Cambodia per se. The demand for skilled persons is way up and
the pay is also very high.
