Bring Sihanouk to justice

Since Norodom Sihanouk was the head of the Khemr Rouge coalition, he
lead the notorious group to power. He also became the head of state.
Sihanouk then was also taken of power.

In summary, Sihanouk must stand trial for what he had done to humanity
by being a part of the notorious group. SIHANOUK IS NOT A VICTIM.
