Phnom Penh Municipal Court has summoned Prince Norodom Sirivudh as a
witness in Funcinpec's breach of trust lawsuit against Prince Norodom
Ranariddh, a court official said Wednesday. Investigating Judge Ke
Sakhan said that the prince has been summoned to testify Monday in
relation to allegations that Prince Ranariddh sold Funcinpec's
headquarters in 2005 and personally benefited from the transaction. "He
is a witness for Prince Norodom Ranariddh," Ke Sakhan said. Prince
Sirivudh could not be reached for comment. Prince Ranariddh's lawyer
Liv Sovanna said Prince Sirivudh will be able to tell the court that
Funcinpec chose to sell the headquarters, not Prince Ranariddh.
