Vacationing in Cambodia

Hi!

I'm planning to visit Cambodia for 3 weeks in early January. Besides
visiting the obvious sites like Angkor Watt or the beaches would anyone
through their traveling experiences there give me some recommendation
on other places to visit? I would love to just simply immerse myself
with the people and culture there. Being a Cambodian myself I really
lack the language and culture and hopefully going there will enlighten
me about my heritage.
