As you are fully aware that another city is been build near Mandalay
apart from currently built Nay Pyi Daw and Military Command east of
Pyinmana.

If the Government can afford to build city after city, why can't they
provide the basic necessity such as Electricity and Transport to the
citizen and the majority of Myanmar.

As you are also aware that Military Command and only a few VIP
residential area provided with 24 hours electricity while the majority
is in the dark or with a few hour a day.

ARE THE BASIC NEEDS OF THE MAJORITY BEEN IGNORED OR NEGLECTED?

WHY ARE WE, THE MAJORITY TREATED DIFFERENTLY????

ARE WE, THE MAJORITY NOT A HUMAN BEING?

ARE WE, THE MAJORITY A TIRD CLASS???

We, the majority did not ask for a favor, but simply ask for the SAME
TREATMENT for the basic necessities such as ELECTRICITY and TRANSPORT.

Wetgaung is also the citizen of Myanmar.

You must understand what the human are doing in Myanmar, that
is they are building a nation. Building a nation is not the sole
responsibility of a government with only 22 people or if you want to
say 400, 000 soldiers. It is the responsiblilities of 52 million
people of Myanmar. Each and everyone Myanmar is responsible.

The people have to take part or take responsibility as well,
this(SPDC) may not be their government( in your language), but
this(Myanmar) is their country and Myanmars are their people.

Just because there are rats and mice in the celo, we can't set
the the whole celo on fire, can we?

The people has to be responsible people as well. You can say
what the government doing is bad by building one city after another,
but I sensed that you are saying it can do better, electricity this
and that etc.

Do you know these electricty and transport and this and that
are in the hands of the private compinies in Myanmar. And the hands of
these private companies are tight as well , because of economic
sanctions by the West.
As you yourself have rightly mentioned that the government has
built one city after another, the rest is the responsible of the
people. All Myanmars should be responsible citizens for their own
country, don't you think.

You may remember what 38th President of the United States of
America , John F. Kennedy had said. He said, " ask not what the
country can do for you, ask what you can do for the country ".

If you understand what that means , you won't be asking some
of these stupid questions. But some of your questions are still valid,
I must admit.

Myanmar is gradually coming up whilst its still under severe
economic sanction. Myanmar has limited income, what it can do is
limited, yet it is still coming up.

Whoever is the ruler may be in Myanmar, whatever is the
government may be in Myanmar. if it is not the friend of the west, it
will be the enemy. The west will imposer very strict economic
sanctions, there is very little they can do about, the progress will
be slow.

The so call West will apply strict sanctions & rules on
countries which are not their puppets especially the countries that
defies them. In another word they will treat the Myanmars as their
former coloniel slaves.

Myanmar was once a British colony and the British still holds
the coloniel attitude towards former colonies which Myanmar was not
exseptions.

Ginghis Khan has his weak points and strong points , but in
many ways he created the Mongols Empire. So was Roman, French,
British, Spanish and many others. Myanmar once had an Empire as well
don't forget that.
Call it what you will these Empires were not build in a day, a nation
is not built in one day either especially they are not build build by
one man or one group of ordinary civillian.

Thay were build by the militarymen.

Today to distract the world community's attention on
Afghanistan and Iraq, British has created a problem with the Russian.
Putin has to say it is a minor crisis. In a way it is to cover up what
the West is doing in Afghanistan and in Iraq or how they come to have
agreement with North Korea.

The puppet of US , namely Musharaff of Pakinstan is rolling his
bed, where will he go we have to wait and see.

What SPDC led by Sr. Gen Than Shwe is doing is building a
nation with the people united as one. You may not like it, but that is
ir.

Otherwise, Nato won't be enlarging. EU won't be enlarging from
nine countries to 22 countries. Waresaw pack is gone why is Nato still
there ? Why does the West need more modern weapons of mass
destructions while they don't want any other country to posses any
weapon of mass destruction?

Our immediate concern is Myanmar. If you are a Myanmar you
will know and understand what SPDC is doing.

You don't have to agree with them ( SPDC)everything, you don't
have to disagree with them in everyway either.

What they are doing is very much better than doing nothing at
all. What they are doing is better than some people who are just
pissing the air, don't you think?

Remember in the 18th century when Lower Myanmar was under
British Thayarwaddy Min with his army came down to Yangon to pay
homage to Shwedagon the British did not do anything about it, because
the British were very busy in Afghanistan as they are now in
Afghanistan. There were no Teleban that time , there was no Osama bin
Ladin that time. They don't need Teleban or Saddam Hussein for an
excuse, that was their colonial habit, they were everywhere, robbing
other people's country.

Now they are talking about Democracy and Human Rights. What
were they talking about then do you know?

According to Buddha it is difficult to become a human being.
( Manotathabawa Donolaba). If you are a human, use your human brain to
think like a human. What I mean to say is. look at things from all
sides, negative and positive side, like a good human.

Myanmar leaders at present are not doing anything which other
world leaders in the past or at present are doing. Only choice or
words may be different.

Regards.
