Razalli said the truth when he was UN envoy.
After he retired he started telling Myanmar needs pressure because of
western pressure on him.
As an ex-UN envoy, he cannot resist western pressure on him.
He has to tell what western media want to listern.

Now Gambari said Myanmar does not need pressure but encouragement.
He is telling the truth.
He does not need to accept western pressure.
because he is a UN envoy nowadays.

Razalli Ismail said Burma SPDC was improving when he was a UN envoy
long time ago. He took that position get salary for 14 years but did
nothing. When he retired, he started telling the truth about more
foreign pressure needed.
Kofi Anan told the press yesterday that Burma SPDC needs more foreign
pressure. Now he speaks the truth. Did he mentioned he coose the wrong
men?
Now Gambari said Burma SPDC doesn't need pressure but encouragement.
He want this position and he aim to get that salary for another 20
years as UN envoy. Wasting time and money.

I know the burocracy of UN, they are pityless blood suckers, thats why
US give them a hard time.- Hide quoted text -

If US and western power ia very powerfull as you mentioned they can
use pressure when Razalli was employed. They don't need to use
pressure upon retired man who will be out from the stage. It is
useless. As an retired-UN envoy, he can resist.

The truth is when they have no ties with their position, they can
speak the truth to get good name in their life.
Razalli work as UN envoy for fourteen years saying SPDC is changing
and taking the post and salary. Get fat panssion.
He wants to prolong his mission to get the money. And the worst is he
worked with SPDC to use his E-Passport system in Burma. He got 3
million dollars. Disgusting man.
