Yo Yo National Convention

The now open, now close National Convention of a nation that has no
hospital or doctor for medical check up, is now open again and
"declare" (by the demand of their master Chinks) this will be the
final and will close for good. July 18th (1+8=9 their godfather Ne
Win's favorite #). Paranoid "schizos" start giving visas for
journalists and reporters from outside and then again "instruction
from Capital/Napyidaw" retracted and refusing visas and giving refunds
of visa fees.

Well, what can one expect from 'schizos and bozos' or should I say
"bozoats" (Burmese word for trashy officers) that rule the nation for
45 years without a hospital and constitution.
