Mon singers raise funds for building religious hall

Mon singers from Gita Mon Band and Gita Alarnkar Band are jointly
holding a show over two days to raise funds for building a religious
hall in Thanpyuzayart town.

Tonight is the last show and famous Mon singers from both bands are
jointly entertaining audiences. The show is being held at the football
ground in Thanpyuzayart Town.

Audiences felt that it is a great show, because the best singers from
the bands are performing in the rock concert.

It is called "The Plus II" rock concert, and Hong Chan, the leader of
Gita Mon Band and famous singer Parmokhachan are leading the concert.

The concert has 16 singers participating and the tickets are for Kyat
2500, Kyat 3000 and Kyat 4000.

This is the first time that both bands are performing together in a
concert for raising funds for the community.
