British took Myanmar and its King. Myanmar never become human goods
(slaves) like some Africans and sold to the firm owners in the west to
work in the cotton fields, raped, torture and killed bought and sold.

Once Myanmar was in the middle of two colonial powers, British and
the French. When Myanmar tried to do open its doors, to do business
with the French, British could not stand it let alone allow it, so
they made sure Myanmar belonged to British. They invaded upper
Myanmar, managed to make Myanmar their property since 1885 and Myanmar
to be part of India until 1935.

In 1948 , Myanmar gained Independence from the British It was not
given as a gift to the Myanmars by the British because they loved
Myanmars. It was surrendered back to the Myanmars because Myanmars
were ready and prepared to fight the British with modern weapons
military hardware, to free it's people to free their nation to make
Myanmar an independent sovereign nation. British tried to use troops
from commonwealth nations to suppress the Myanmars. But at the end of
the day the British gave up the idea after making sure Myanmar fight
among themselves, instead of them fighting against the Myanmars with
troops from Commonwealth nations. They hade other important ,matters
to attend , to rebuild their country England and to rebuilt their
share spoils in Europe after the fall of Nazi Germany. Myanmar were
cursed since then.

The Truth is;

Before they had to let go Myanmar in 1948, the British tried their
best to keep Myanmar in their hands as Dominion or a country in the
British Commonwealth. When Myanmar refused to be any of them Myanmar
was left with civil war. Myanmar had to fight the war against Kayins
(KNDO ) who wanted to be in the British Commonwealth, and the
communists who were kicked out of the Government of Myanmar, because
they were just communists. That much of democracy that much of human
rights. not to forget Kuomintang the White Chinese who were and are
still the puppets of United States. .

The Truth is;

When Myanmar fought against the British it was against the British
Colonialism. When Myanmar fought against Japanese it was against
Fascism. It was neither against British people or Japanese people in
particular as a race. Even the Japan which is seen to be under the
influence of the United States can become a friend of Myanmar why
can't British be a friend?

This colonialism has not gone away, it is not abolished, like the
slavery which still exits. They both are still existing and they are
kicking alive and well. It is still being practicing by the west in
the form of neo colonialism. And in many other forms. It is under the
cover of Democracy and Human Rights.

Myanmars were united as one, even the communists were in the
government of Myanmar until they were kicked out off the government
because the British forced AFPFL, the pre independence government of
Union of Myanmar, to do so.

What is the Truth ?

British and the west are very afraid other countries will become
united as one So they formed themselves as Nato ( military wing ) EU
as political wing. They tried their best to break U.S.S.R or
commonwealth of independent nations into pieces and pull the small
countries into EU hurriedly before these small countries settle down
in the CIN or whatever they called it. The west know Unity is
strength, unity is the power. So they cannot allow others to be
united. Myanmar is not exception. .

If only the west especially the British respected the democracy and
the rights of Myanmar to choose, treats Myanmars as one of the fellow
human beings on the level terms the situation of Myanmar at that time
would be different, civil war would not have taken place in Myanmar.
There would not have to be the mistrust between British and Myanmars
nor the mistrust among all Myanmars..

Though Myanmar gained independent in 1948 since then Myanmar and its
people were victimised. by the British. Myanmar did not get
independence easy. Their rights were not given automatically as a
gift, Myanmars had to fight for it, they had to fight for their
rights up to this day. U.S.S.R and United Stated were alright with
Myanmars and PR Chinese as well. It could well be because Myanmar was
a none aligned, neutral nation.

The Truth is;

European had very little to say in the matter of Myanmar , because
Europe itself is in debt, . Europe was saved by the American and the
British and from the Nazi Germany that debt of gratitude is so great.
European could not move one finger without the approval of US and
British. All Europe was and is under the influence of US & British,
they cannot *** without the permission of the American and the
British.#

The Truth is;

Thus make us understand why British and US want Myanmar to divide into
many small countries. Thus make us understand why Kayins from KNDO
( KNU ) who wanted to be independent and to be a part of British
Commonwealth. Why they wanted to established the links with the
British. There was a purpose why the KNDO rebelled against the
government of the Union of Burma., why the so called British deserters
were helping the KNDO. Thus make us understand why the US supported
Khun Za as the head of the Independent Shan nation. Why US accepted
Khun Za's opinion / heroin trade as justify cause US funded Khun Za
in his heroin business with all what he needed and requested

Khun Za to allow them to have cruise missiles sites in his independent
Shan nation. KNDO (KNU ) headed by Bo Mya was receiving funds from
Khun Za. When Khun Za realised what was what he came into legal fold.
Those who do not agree with him or those who would like to allow US
missiles site stayed behind.

The Truth is;

It cost Myanmar, billion and billions of dollars to contain these
rebels at bays. Myanmar could not built a modern developed nation ,
Myanmar could not produce anything. The monies which Myanmar could
have invested in the country , created jobs and lift up the standard
of livings for the Myanmars , if those monies did not have to wasted
in fighting among themselves. Myanmar definitely would be at the top
in South East Asia. Myanmar still has to fight against the
insurgents , who were one way or the other connected with the outside
foreign powers.

When Myanmar has lack or progress or lack of developments some people
wants to put the blame on the SPDC. The previous governments of
Myanmar were more or less the same situation as SPDC.

The Truth is;

During the reign of SPDC relative peace were restored under the cease
fire agreement between SPDC and some insurgents and the result are
there, in the cities and towns and at the border areas.

Those who have not seen these progress and developments in Myanmar and
those who are jealous of the achievements of SPDC are saying anything
they like to defamed SPDC.

It would be wrong to say that Myanmar is as progressed and as
developed as one or all of the western nations or eastern nations. It
is safe to say that Myanmar has its progress and developments as much
as a country can be under these un necessary economic sanctions or
under circumstances..

Myanmar is Myanmar. As a matter of fact, to compare Myanmar under SPDC
and Myanmar under BSPP, Myanmar under SPDC, where there is economic
sanctions is in place is more progressed and developed and more
peaceful than Myanamar under BSPP or AFPFL, where there was no
economic sanctions , but less progress and developments.

It would be wrong to put the blames on SPDC alone. The concerted
efforts of the developed nations or the ganging up of the western
nations is the hindering the progress and the developments of Myanmar
today as a nation. .The progress and development of Myanmar today, no
matter how large or small they may be, should be maintained and taken
care of.

Most of all, the progress and the developments of the human resources,
men power to equip them with trade and necessary skills in the
naturally resourceful country like Myanmar is utmost priority.

What is the Truth?

Some people talk about brain drain out of Myanmar. I have never come
across any Myanmar who has a brain comes out of Myanmar. If there are
any, I like to know them.
In fact Myanmars with no brains, no trade, no skill came out of
Myanmar and then somebody put the ready made brain in their skull.
They become different and they see everything different when they look
back to Myanmar. They forgot where Myanmar is because Myanmar calls
itself Myanmar which was known as Burma by the English spoken people.
The English spoken people can call Peking as Beijing, Mumbai from
Bombay, Sri Lanka from Ceylon , Saigon to Ho Chi. Ming city and so on
never went for referendum to change their names. They find it very
difficult to call Myanmar from Burma. It amazing unbelievable, some
human species are.. .

Whether we like it or not, the progress and developments during 125
years rule of the British or the progress and developments Myanmar had
achieved during AFPFL or BSPP or SPDC governments should not be
smashed into pieces, like what some of the Myanmars did during 1988
events. For example, they burnet down the factory that had been
employing them or feeding their family in all their lives. It just
like biting the hands that feed you.

The Truth is ;

The responsibilities lie squarely on all Myanmars people as well as
the rulers (SPDC) for the Union of Myanmar.
