Honestly saying/seeking truth nor justice is NOT easy nor flawless. I
admit in this premature world, people that base on truth and justice
are very rare. Even the judges themselves. I had no probloem accepting
the fact that there are untruth and injustices around the world.
Although truth and justice is rare or hard to find there are some
alive and well at particular situations. Sometimes it is not easy and
somtimes it is easy depends on the situation of that particular
matter.

For your information, I have seen a statue on top of the Old Bailey,
the high court or central criminal court in England. That statue is
gilded in gold and it holds a scale in one hand and a sward in
another But it is blind folded. Do you know what that means? I'll
tell you what it means, it means the truth can not be seen through the
eyes, but you may hear it.

Many went to jail and prison even executed by hanging, beheaded and so
on. How much truth there was nobody knows. Because nobody could see.
They made their judgements most of them on hear say only They were
punished on many fake evidences and fake proofs.

My understanding:
Like wise in America in our court system there is a statue of a lady
blind folded with a scale in her hand meaning balancing between right
and wrong (the scale tip in the center/middle) also no bias, judging
the right decision. Blinded means do not see or look or takes sides
but focus on the facts and judge according to the existing laws of
United States. I will omit the hearsay for in our judical system hear
say will be toss out of court for hearsay does not base on facts and
scientific findings. In other words hearsay is not realistic and can
be wrong. In facts there are eye witnesses, finger prints,
circumstantial evidences and so on. Things that base on solid facts.
Very little percentage of going wrong. As our civilized world advanced
so are the technicalities and methods of finding the truth advance.
Still we need to research more to narrow the percentage of mistakes.
As we all know pefection is not possible in human nature BUT narrow
down the imperfection can be done. This I believe for men are created
to improve oneself IF he is willing to.
True I stand on 2 pillars. TRUTH and JUSTICE. That's my ground. I
don't know much about politics or chemistry or geology or biology or
democracy or mobocracy or thugsnocrazy or disciplined photography or
whatever but I do know there is truth in every cause and justice
should be sought.

If you look into the dictionary, the definition of truth and justice
you will find very encouraging. But that is just the definition my
man, just a definition in the book.

The reason I copy and paste it (not that I am a scholar for I am just
a simple man trying to live a simple life in this complicated and
complex sophisticated world) is to show that we as humans had a
foundation, defination to work on it. True, many times it is very hard
to implement or enforce the foundation of ruling that is clarified in
the dictionary BUT.................there is nothing like trying.
Example:
How on earth can the authorities of Myanmar find truth base on their
own kind of thoughts, systems, doctrines, ways etc. etc. etc. Any
thing that is base on one sidedness is heading towards deception (part
true part false) rather than of truth. Same goes with an intelligent
Judge. The judge (or the jury) has to collect all findings (facts not
hearsay) both from the prosecutors and the defenders, witnesses and so
on as many as possible as widescope as possible to make the right
decision closest to the truth. The more on listen and study the more
it is likely to be correct in judgement. How on earth when people like
spdc make convention with "yes" people and want their way can achieved
justice or find truth? You tell me and clarify. Please elaborate on
the FACT that the national convention is base on one sidedness or base
on ALL opinions, views of "Myanmar citizens" regardless of political
views parties or backgrounds.


Since the world was created and mankind was created that mankind had
been trying to find or searching the truth. Because since that world
and the mankind in that world have been telling lies.

Let us leave the justice for a while.

The sciencetists and the clergy people who are known as wise,
intellectual or academic people , don't even come close to the truth
up to this day how the world and the mankind was created. Nobody knows
the truth, do they? We are made to believe what they are telling us
with a few reservations of course. As if, if we don't believe them,
we may drop dead and rest in hell.

Mankind is still in the process of findings and that is why we have
"research institututes" every where.

So what is the truth is still a big question, not only on this matter,
but also on many matters and every matters, my dear man.

Let us say in general that the truth is the truth which you accept as
the truth from your own perspective.

Are you saying your truth is my false? I disagree. Truth never has 2
ways. Opinion yes, you can had your opinion, perspectives or whatever
and I can had mine BUT truth is truth. Truth never change cannot be
changed. Truth is eternity. The porblem lies on FINDING the truth.
Truth is there for us to find. That's all it is. We as humans are weak
and we cannot find the truth so we blame on something and make
ourselves great. That is illusion, delusion.

Or if you look at other side or perspective you might come close to
the truth. Then again as I said above, the truth is what you accept as
the truth, even the truth when you don't accept, the truth can never
be come the truth for you. The same goes with me.

What is a justice? Why do there has to be justice? Because there is no
justice, because there are those who are practicing injustice.

What is justice? Justice is finding the truth. When one finds the
truth he/she can judge correctly thus justice can be acheived. So the
question goes back to rule No. 1 >>>>>>>>> finding the truth!

Mankind is a kind of animal which belong to a group of beings called
man. In away they are also a kind of animal themselves. They also
possess animal attitude , animal behaviour.
They show them sometimes.

If you yourself is not accepting the truth as it is , how can you
expect others to accept truth and how will you two apply justice. If
you accept what is not true as the truth , nobody can do anything
about it, can they?

I will accept the truth if it is proven beyond any reason of doubt
including which way it comes from. Remember I am an Independent
Individualist base on TRUTH and JUSTICE.

If there never is the truth, there can never be justice.

This I totally catagorically disagree. There IS truth and there IS
justice. It is the humans that are weak and cannot find it. We should
blame on ourselves for NOT finding the truth which is there waiting to
be discovered. Humans tend to act perfect which they are not
(including intellectuals, scholars etc). All humans are fighting to
live (doctors, medicines, good foods etc) BUT we all are fighting the
losing battle which eventually we all have to die one day. Are we not?
Why we all have to die one day? because we are IMPERFECT admit it and
realized the truth. Our morals are imperfect, our physically system is
imperfect, our education is imperfect, our technology is imperfect in
short we are naturally imperfect specie.

For someone, it may be truth and justice, but for another it may be
lie and injustice. It will always be until we die or long after we
are gone.

Merchant of Venice by Shakespeare was the good example for truth and
justice., A very thin line, I should say.

Let's say, there are no truth and justice in a small country like
Myanmar which is much smaller in size than the State of Taxes in
U.S.A. the great country you are residing( according to you ) there
are

After leaving Myanmar and now you are living in the U.S.A. Let's say
after 1962. The country ( U.S.A.) was already great country without a
single cents from your pocket or your contribution towards that nation

Have you ever study about U.S.A. the past and the present? You took
the oath to become the citizen of United States of America. Did you
ever try to find out the truth and justice of that country Have you
ever found out anything how that nation was made? Especially the truth
and justice about that nation? Or you accepted it without any question
that nation tells you is true and everything that nation had done is
justice.

Study about America? America is THE forefront runner either in
economics, laws, education, military, technology you name it she is
No. 1 and that is why she still stands as the Sole Super Power nation
on earth. Am I correct? True there are flaws and mistakes in America,
I agree but she is always searching for "perfection" in other words
trying as close as possible to perfect. Redefining herself as times
move on. There are good times and there are bad times but times move
on. True? If any nation is stagnant, stop and don't change or move
with time THEN........................that nation suffers for that
nation will be out of touch with reality and left behind, irrelevant,
only to follow others who move on to advancement and become developed
nations.

C'mon my man you don't know what you are talking about. Forget your
truth and justice. crap.

Bullying on some small and weak Southeast Asian nations such as
Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and not to forget Korea, and in the light of
invasions and attacks which followed the biggest lies without any
shame by the country you are residing. You talked about truth and
justice in your hands. You make me laugh.

My suggestions is you better do something first for truth and justice
to prevail in the country you are residing, because it directly
concerns you. That is your business to mind.

You guys try to high light Myanmar as there is no truth nor justice in
the country. Based on the information given by those who oppose SPDC
and just to cover up your unfairness, your lies which are not truth
and your unjust to the world as a whole especially to those
militaryily or economically weak, to those which you are one thousand
percent sure you will defeat.

You want to be known as heroes of the world, saviours of the world. I
only wish there is some truth in it, to have a little bit of
justification.

You can criticized all you want to America for it is your insight and
understanding, not mine. The fact is the fact and the truth never
changed. Which country on earth is the most advanced, the most
success, the most strong and above all the most vibrant in this planet
earth that is rule by LAWS where the leader of the country had to obey
and conduct UNDER the LAWS? and not ABOVE the laws? Just laws or not
just laws we can debate and improve, can we? that's what civilized
people do at least. Can we compromise and seek for truth and justice
WITH open minds?

My dear Independent Individualist, if you are holding the truth and
justice in your hands as you have said,. your hands will get tired in
time and you won't be able to hold them anymore, I am telling you,
believe me.

Don't try to be what you are not. A crow can never be a pea***

If you cannot accept the truth and justice, you should not be talking
about truth and justice, my man.

I do not try to be anything (it just my style, nothing more nothing
less) for I am nothing for I come from nothing and I will be nothing
one day when I die. In fact the entire universe came out of NOTHING!
BUT........................the TRUTH LIVES ON TO ETERNITY.
