Oooooooooops, you are touchy, don't you? And you don't even know the
meaning of that saying. If yoy don't care you would not reply to me
like that. You got it all wrong man.

How could you find or interprest that saying the way you interpret?
You even used a rude word. Kalar is Kalar that is the Burmese usage for
Indians. The English speaking people use the word Burma to Myanma,
Deutchland to Germany, pronounce Jesus from Jey Su. Jaycob ( Jacob )
from Ya Cob ( Ja cob) and so on and on.

English speaking also named Hong Kong flu, Russian winter. German
measels and so on There is nothing bad in their country every bad
thing comes from outside. In that sense, there nothing wrong in Burma,
there is nothing wrong with the Burmese all bad things and bad people
come from outside. If the Burmese are influenced by the outsider tghey
gone bad

The way I see that saying is telling people ( Bamars ) not to come to
their own conclusion before somebody ( Kalar ) has finish what he is
doing. As Kalar was doing a great job so not to critcise him before he
is finish. I did not say anything bad about Kalar or gave a hinted or
indirectly to take as bad. Ingalate is Ingalate, Kappali is Kappali.
these are Burmese usages. I did not invent those words.Superior or
inferior I don't know

You said it by yourself, your words are your words, not mine. Whatever
complex you have, it is rightfully yours COPE..

Anyway, what' wrong with the Burmese saying COPE., eh, what's wrong
with that.? I don't see anything wrong in that. No disrespect to the
Kalar, no discrinimation to the Kalar. in fact it gave a Kalar a good
and respective position in that saying.
Having said that , I said, " Bamar Ma Pi Gin - COPE Ma Myin Zay Ne"
there again not to let you see befor its finished.

That is the problem with you, COPE that is a big problem. You have good
understanding to anything. If you do the way you understand are wrong.
I say that, because you are a Kalar , ( according to some ) you don't
understand what the Bamars are doing you wouldn't like it again.. So
you are translating and interpreting things in your own way.to justoify
what you said and you missed all the good points.

There are many things that we do not understand. Bur we have try and
understand.them
Just because we do not understand them we can not put them under the
carpet say , these are the craps. That is what you are doing you don't
try to understand, you ignoring them as craps. You are another waste.

Where are you living at the moment? Are the people around you like you?
You may have a bad environment you know. Careful. you have tom help
yourself. I can not help you. But I will try and educate you from afar.

If you admit if you are the Kalar. why don't you leave the Bamars alone
with their own affairs. Their business is not your business, you've to
have respect to their sovereignity. Why do you want to get involve in
the affairs of other people you hardly know.
You are becoming smaller and smaller everyday you know?

So, stop doing small things, stop saying small things. only that will
stop you being small.
Don't live among pigmys or dwarfs. Get away from them.

want to know my definition of a good government, that is the government
which does its best for non-disintegration of the Union, non-
disintegration of national solidarity, and perpantuation of
sovereignity.

A good government is a government to hold the Stablity of the
Nation, community peace and tranquillity, prevalence of law and order,
building of modern developed nation

A good government is a government which engage in all round
development of other sectors of economy of the nation as well Which
engaged in the market-oriented economic system Which engage in
developments of the economy inviting participation in terms of
technical know-how and investments from sources inside the country and
abroad. Which takes the initiative to shape the national economy and
keep in the hands of the Nation and the National people.

A good government is a government, which uplifting the morale
and morality, uplifting national prestige and integrity and
preservation and safeguarding of culture heritage and national
character, uplifting dynamiism of patriots sprtit , health , uplifting
heal;th and education standard of the entire nation.

These are my definition of a good government?

At present SPDC may not be doing what you want, but it is doing
what the people of Burma need.

If you are refering to 1990 elections , you are the one who does
not understand no matter how many times it has been explain. Because
you don't want that answer.

I will come again NC started in 1993. Elections in 1990 were to
elect representative to represent at NC to draft the New Constitution.
You and some people do not axccept So what. At the time of drafting
1947 or 1974 Constitution there were many quarters who did not approved
let alone to take part.

After discussions with all the legal politicals parties
including NLD. That party was there in the Steering Committee for
Holding the Coordination meetings for Convening National Convention
together with other representatives elect and independent
representatives-elect to full satisfaction of all parties, That meeting
reached the agreement on the destigation of delegate group it should
invite , and the number of representatives from delegate group each.
These are known facts. This is to be more democratic. In my view not to
allow another one party rule again.

The NLD party at the instigation of internal and external elements
turned their backs on the NC on their own accord to disrupt the NC. In
1995 NC was gaining momemtum with politival developments , so the
people were pleased with the progress. Yet NLD betrayed the national
cause for no apperent reason.

NLD already participated in the finctions from the begining and later
violated the rules and regulations. NC had to suspend temporarily. No
need to elebrate. And reconvened only in 2004 without NLD. Even the
former rebels groups are there in the NC and people from all walks of
life, Shaping the future Union of Burma, what more democracy do you
want than that?

has to change to
" Bamar Ma Pi Gin - COPE Ma Myin Zay Ne " You know,

No, I don't know all that Bama proverbs and I don't care to know. But
whatever's worth, I got news for you. If you want to compare kalar and
Bama as a group, just look at India which is the main mother country
of all Indians and their descendants. Bama will never be able to
compete with their masters and get that into your thick skull.

Do you think I give a *** how I am known to ignorant people who call
everybody they feel inferior to as kalar out of their inferiority
complex? In fact, despite the deragatory term, I take pride in being
called as Kalar than anything else for Klara has one of the greatest
civilizations in the world.

Some of you Burman would love to see us Kalar acting inferior everytime
you call us kalara. That is understandable because what else can one
expect from peopel suffering from inferiority complex who got their
religion from kalar, their alphabets of their lanaguage from kalar,
and whose langauge is filled with kalar's vocabularies?

As for expecting Kalar to cat inferior, I am sorry to say that your
wish will never come true for the obvious facts.

Good government? What is your definition of good government? A
government that doesn't represent the people can never be good
government. A governent byits core definition is the body of leaders
