There is a construction at 19,46,20 N and 96,06,02E. Seems like some
underground levels are being built at that aera. Chances are it is a
hideout for than shwe. Connecting north-east area of big building
construction with helicopter ports may be war offices. 19,45,60 N and
96,05,30 E area seems to be the housing for top blood suckers as that
area is connect with the hideout and war offices, and surrounded by
smaller type housing, which may be intended for second, third level
blood suckers. 19,48,00 N and 96,06,00 E is Chaung Ma Gyi dam.
19,51,00 N and 96,16,20 E is Yezin dam. I don't know the name of
another dam, which is located at the south of Chaung Ma Gyi dam.
19,44,36 N and 96,06,09 is an eye. I have no idea what the heck it is.
Maybe than shwe's yadayar. Overall, this is the most un-systematic,
stupid and dumbest city plan I have ever seen on earth.

Hey,
That is a big airport.
Damm. Runway is 2.4 miles long.
Mingaladon Airport (without new construction) measures 1.5-1.6
miles runway.
I did not notice the plane at docking area, until you point me out.
Obviuosly, the road construction is pointing to airport, it is yet to
finish.
Yup, I see the parade ground. Thanks for pointing me.
2 dams, the second one up to the west (low resolution area).
Where is HQ War office and Senior General's office?
If you have any idea, point me with lat/longi pointer.
I think Dam area is Ministries and War office.
A littile furthur south is housing complexes.
I will drive around if I go to Burma.

I don't know. The picture was taken by a U.S satellite, which I thinkKyat
was QuickBird. The resolution is probably 1 meter ground resolution.
There is a road connected to airport to Yangon-Mandalay lane. Another
one from airport to Kyatpyay is still under construction. That road can
be seen at the north-west of the airport, north of Lewe. There is a
plane resting at the airport. The place they used for Taw lan yay nay
parade is near Yezin dam, other side of Yangon-Mandalay lane, at the
north-east of Pyinmana. The dam near idiotically-located-ministries is
Chaung Ma Gyi dam.

What air-strip they use for this capital city?
Is it the one near "Ela"?
How long it will take light tanks from C130 airplains to reach HQ?
I do not see any direct road link from airport to Kyat Pyay. May
be they have built it by now.

Anyone who wants to see photo and very un- systematic city plan of
bePyay, go to Google map or Google Earth. Some of the other cities can
seen in high resolution aerial photos captured in early 2006 possibly
by QuickBird satellite. Have fun and plan to drop a precision bomb.
