Myanmar TV broadcasts Press conference held in Kayin State
date.14th May 2006.
Minister of Information ,Brig.Gen Kyaw San explained that some foreign
media made fabricated news that Kayin Refugees fled to border area as
they were attacked by Myanmar Army Forces.At that conference he
explained that in detail .The foreign correspondents also visited Mone
township .They also visited the patients who had been injured in Land
Mine blast set by KNU insurgents.Also present at the occasion were some
ambassador and the patient were interviewed by correspondents and
diplomats.They made some donations for those patient.The cash donation
was recieved by the head of the Hospital,Dr.Maung Maung Khin.
In fact ,it is that seeing is believing.Dr.Maung Maung Khin stated that
there has been 18 patients at Mone Hospital who were injured by Land
Mines set by KNU.
