You would agree that the authentic version doesn't have enough protein
and a bit starchy with roasted rice power in the sauce and then using
rice noodle.
Any tips on increasing protein level in this dish? What would happen if
you add chicken along with fish?
If we want more protein, we can chose Chicken, or pork or goat or beef.
The is no need to change Mot-Hin-Ga. If you like chicken noodle, you
can have coconut mild noodle with chicken. Leave the Mot-Hin-Ga alone.
I like Mot-Hin-Ga favor the way it is but I alos need my nritition
requirement staified at the same time w/o having to eat soemthing else.
After all, there is so much starch in Mot-Hin-Ga already.
Chicken noodle, with coconut is my favorite but not practical to eat
all the time due to fat from coconut milk.
The traditional Japanese food are very low in protein as well. When
they want protein they don't change the traditional dishes, they just
ass KFC to the menu. Simple, dont need to think hard on that issue.
I am not big on Japanese food for that reason. And after all, I am from
a Muslim family and grew up with protein rich diet. So my body needs
more protein than an avergae Burman may need since the body is used to
getting that.
