The army started forcing a large number of villagers in Southern Mudon
Township on guard duty ever since the pipeline explosion. The army
still has not been able to identify those who caused the explosion but
have arrested about 20 village leaders of Kwan-Hlar.

Patrolling the pipeline is not the people responsibility. It is the
responsibility of the government. Bullying the people this way is shameless
and is a gross violation of the people's liberty and rights. It is not fair
and the World community demand that this corrupted trigger happy power crazy
junta to stop this bully forthwith and compensate the people who have been
drawn into this illegal work. SPDC shame on you, bullying its own
people..!!!.
