Glad to know I am greatly missed by some.
Why am I away from the forum?
When Buddha answered what Minglas were, the very first thing among 38
he said was, " ah thay wunna sa bar lanan ". which means not to
associate with unworthy one.
That is what others must be doing as well..
Worthy subject, with worthy people is worth to discuss.
Burma is at stake, Burmese are suffering. and some people are still
playing games.of blame.
And spme Burmese people do not know how to talk, what to talk. They are
too personnel.
It took few months to draft 1947 constitution without desruption, with
a handfull of people and it was hastily done.without referendum.
It took 12 years to draft 1974 constitution without desruption, but
with referendum and people approved it..
Now only NC starts drafting new constitution with participation of
political parties, especailly representatives from all ethnic national
races and representative from all walks of life. How long will it take
depends how much destruption and delay there will be. Referendum and
approval will be needed.
Of course there were those who did not participate in those days as
well as at present. But the show must go on for the sake of Burma and
it's people. It has to be done.
We must first get it started and get on with it sooner the better. We
will amend it, when times and circumstances permit, in days to come.
Sando.
