You know God is love!
God doesn't need to prove that he's God to humanity.
We don't owe anything to Him.
As I told you.
But God does want to proof that He loves the world and human He
created.
I just gave the example of water to fill in a cup.
This whole universe is like just a baby for God in His cradle.
But God choose to visit earth and narrowed down to a baby in a humanly
birth.
I think you might be very pleased if someone in a very high position
visit to your home.
I think this is the case that God visited our earth and we should be
very joy.
Yes Bible has different versions. eg. Matthew was a jew while Luke was
non-jew. If you look into Matthew Gospel, the trace of Jesus's
ancesters started from Abraham down to King David and then to Jesus via
Joseph and Mary. But if you look into the family tree of Jesus in Luke
Gospel, Luke retrospect back from Joseph and Mary to Adam and Eve. The
point is that Matthew was jew and he interested in jewish line of
ancestry whilst Luke who's non-jew only looked back through human
family tree.
Whatever, Jesus came to earth, paid for our debt and it's up to us
whether we agree to take that credit or forget about it.
One for sure, we couldn't pay back all the sinful debts we owe.
The problem started from garden of Eden. When serpent came to Eve quote
from Genesis 3:

The Fall of Man
1 Now the serpent was more crafty than any of the wild animals the
LORD God had made. He said to the woman, "Did God really say, 'You must
not eat from any tree in the garden'?"
2 The woman said to the serpent, "We may eat fruit from the trees in
the garden, 3 but God did say, 'You must not eat fruit from the tree
that is in the middle of the garden, and you must not touch it, or you
will die.' "
4 "You will not surely die," the serpent said to the woman. 5 "For God
knows that when you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be
like God, knowing good and evil."

It's nothing about apple or Eve or women. Serpent raised the integrity
of LORD God to Eve and she got that thought. She suspected God's notion
of not to eat everything.
In short, two human beings directly created by God broke the covenant
between them and God. By the way covenant is agreement between two
parties, normally one is much mightier than the other. This was the
beginning of sins.
Jesus on the otherhand, never broke the covenant between Him and His
father Lord God. They've been together since before the creation of
universe. (John 17) There was already a contingency plan to rescue the
world.
Therefore, Jesus never opted to convince us that He was innocent. The
miracles He shown over the three years ministry were mere for people to
put faith in Him.
I don't think we are forbidden to raise question. Who do you think
could answer all the mystery surrounding faith and belief? None!

I would like to talk a little about death. As I said, death doesn't
change a little bit since the beginning of human history. One out of
one. Some people die at their old age we often overlook as they already
enjoy lives and pass away peacefully. But some people die at their
young age. Only the circustances surrounding death are different.
You might wonder why this God who said He's Love happen to cause events
like Tsunami or Catherina over the year.
There are statistic over the last century. Nearly 185 million death
occurred due to self-inflicted tobacco related diseases. Over 20
million of unborn babies died due to termination of pregnancy. Over 50
millions death due to murders.
The death due to natural disasters was over 2 millions. Every single
event doesn't change a little bit to the statistic of death due to
natural disasters compare to over 200 millions death due to self-harm
between humanity.
In addition, Chairman Mao killed over 40 million, Starling killed more
than 20 millions, Nazi killed nearly six millions jew, over 50 million
killed in the European battle field in second world war. Only before
the agreement reached towards the end of 2004, over three millions
killed each other in Suden on decades of civil war. Millions of people
killed in Cambodia.
Comparison to death due to natural disasters doesn't change a fraction.
Warm ocean water need to cold down by hurricane, earth nutrient need to
fine adjust by earthquake and tsunami so that the world would be
inhabitable place. These are facts.
The authority in Thailand didn't take any actions when one of the
expert warned in 1998 that tsunami was imminent because it would effect
tourism industry.
Evil people do evil things. That's understandable like planes flied
into world trade centres but the things like natural disasters we find
struggling to understand.

So we are not forbidden to ask questions. There are answers in the
Bible. God doesn't interest in religion. He only wants us to change our
heart and accept His grace. He never meant to dominate or coerce people
to come to Him. But He does throughout our human history is only
pursuade and proclaiming that there is a God who has all the answer.
