It does not appear to be a crime to violate human rights

The Burmese military generals have renamed the country without the consent
of the people, again they have moved government to a place called Pyinmanar
with consulting the people. Now the Salween River is to be dammed and the
project had not been subject to the normally-required "environment and
social impact assessment." The national convention has gone ahead with out
the support of the people. In fact it is called a sham convention. Does the
junta care, NO. They continue to do what they like and do not seen to
understand the normal things expected by the people. Burma is the only
country where gang rape by the tatmadaw soldiers is permitted at the border
areas. Raping of ethnic women and their daughters are not questioned by the
generals. It does not appear to be a crime to violate human rights. The
junta at the border consider themselves as GOD. It is a very situation for
the people of Burma.
