Need Bulgarian interpreter help!

I'm teaching a course in Bulgaria in January, and one text I want to use is
not available in Bulgarian. We only have a small budget for translation,
and professional services are too expensive. Can anyone suggest somebody
who could make a quick translation of a 30,000 word (short paperback) on the
subject of the historic teachings of Christianity? One thought was to have
a bilingual student produce a "verbal" translation recorded as .mp3 files
which would then be transcribed into text by a Bulgarian.
