England the tax haven

Last weeks English rich list included a large proportion of foreigners
who have chosen to base themselves in England because of its lenient
tax laws.

When I first heard that on the radio I thought my ears needed checking
but it is true because a tax loophole allows foreigners to only be
taxed on their U.K. income while earning millions even billions
overseas.

This is a real kick in the teeth to the hard pushed English working
man already taxed up to the eyeballs for 3rd rate public services.

I always thought Labour was supposed to be for the ordinary people.
But not Bliar's Labour.
