Nope they are two innocent people, one of whom was almost killed by a police
man negligently discharging a lethal firearm.

A gaggle of amulance chasing lawyers will also be lining their
pockets.

Well if it hadn't been for the negligence of the police there would have
been no ambulance to chase.
