Boat Race - 2006

Oxford beat Cambridge today to win the 152nd Boat Race between the two
universities. Cambridge began the race as 2-1 favourites, but were well
beaten by an Oxford crew that was never headed.

Oxford have now narrowed Cambridge's lead in the series to 78-73 with
one dead heat, and (like Ohio State against Michigan) have won four out
of the last five races.

PS: There, now wasn't that a lot more fun on s.c.b than the imbecilic
name calling that you think passes for discussion? Yes, I thought so,
too.
