An interesting job offer!

An unknown woman seems to be calling me rather often saying that she
represents
the CISCO systems and that she wants me to appear in an interview for
a job. In fact,
I am somewhat moved by the hourly rate she wants to offer, $200/- per
hour! I have never
worked for more than $100/- per hour. Initially, she was calling from
a private number,
but, now she is calling from an accessible number. I am somewhat
puzzled because
when I ask her to email the job descriptions, she is giving some
excuses for not doing
so. Isn't it normal for a company as big as CISCO to communicate with
a candidate
via email followup! Kinda interesting! I kinda wonder who is she, what
is she up to!
