On a montré le texte aux ministres en place à l'époque de la signature du
contrat:
Kubla
Van Cau
Darras

Et bien, ils se défendent d'avoir jamais signer ce contrat qui devient alors
nul.
Dardenne (Hips !) et Marcourt sont aussi évoqués.
