Why just Siberia and Wales?  For one, afaik, the Irish have suffered
from the English even more than the Welsh, having been victims to
numerous genocides in the millions (Cromwell, hello!) and artificial
famines.

And the Native Americans. And the Old Prussians. Caananites in Judea.
And Armenians in Turkey.

This is everywhere.

Sure this is everywhere. but I had in mind different sufferings what
puts welshmen ahead of irishmen, siberians and native americans ahead
of armenians in Turkey. What I mean is final, irreversable end of some
nation due they are outnumbered in their own homeland. Armenians do
have armenia and Irish people, no matter anglophone or gaelic-
speaking, have their Ireland. In modern times, Tibet is maybe most sad
case, a nation overflooded by chinese and doomed to die out at some
point in future.
