Luka and Putin are in way similar, Luka is just a bit left having more
social topic in speeches (and maybe in real life also).

The only similarity I can see is that they both are coming from the
same Soviet background, but as far as their abilities to run a country
are concerned I think they are quite different.  However, buying oil
from Venezuela through Lithuania is an interesting news.

I also hear that he intends to start importing balalaikas from
Paraguay and kwass from Saudi Arabia, just to spite Putin.
