Re: The ruble is a serious currency, attempts to rule Russia by law working

Relax: Vokrug Sveta, Ogonek, Znanie Sila, Nauka i Zhizn', Smena, etc.
came back and now firmly on their feet.

And Komsomolskaja Pravda is also doing well. It is available in
Maxima (cheap supermarket chane in Latvia) in Roja (a very small town
in North-West corner of Latvia). There are about 10 Russian speakers
there (the population is around 2000) and I'm sure none of those are
interested in buying this item, besides there were more newspapers in
Russian than in Latvian on newspaper stand there. May be it is there
to be sold to occasional Western European tourist who is interested in
regalia - there are 5 "ordens" that may contain the images of interest
http://www.kp.ru/ ???.....if that's the case, then one can probably
make more money on selling matrioshkas or something like that.....
