"the events that occurred in Georgia last year greatly shocked the
people of the Baltic States." It would be helpful to clarify how many
people of Baltic States we shocked, but of course such statistics are
very difficult to obtain. The most shocking part of it was that
Saakashvili actually did it, the Russian response (which I think he
refers to) was as obvious and predictable as having running water when
you open the tap.

"That could be achieve only by acting united, he added." - should
check the grammar on "presidential" website.

"We have to draw clear-cut red lines, including a common transatlantic
policy of non-recognition of occupied territories." - one should hold
his horses. Lithuania was an occupied country not so long ago.
Drawing red lines is easy, implementing them is not. NATO countries
have recently recognised Kosova. Besides, which NATO country is
currently planning to recognise SO's and Abkhazia's independence? How
would recognition or non-recognition make any difference to Georgia's
permanent loss of these territories? I wonder if his speeches differ
when he addresses this "Russia" issue in "Brussels"? Probably not. He
sounds like an old gramophone with one record to play. I personally
think that at the age of 82 people should retire from mainstream
politics for the common good.
This is an example why: "He further said that we must once again
endorse Ukraine's and Georgia's aspirations for membership in NATO and
work actively within the framework of NATO-Georgia and NATO-Ukraine
commissions to attain these goals." - he doesn't care what
consequences this process may bring. At such senior age most people
stop considering the future of the place that they are just about to
leave.
