Yes, many countries are immensely rich and their citizens immensely poor.
We have such a neighbour. Other countries don't have any riches at all --
except an educated population -- but they are doing fairly well. Countries
like Denmark for instance (where people seem to be very satisfied with
their life).
I'd like to see your Brazilians dancing samba through the streets in our
kind of climate...
there'd be a lotta pokey nipples at least.
