Russian version sounds very much like Vesti Segodnja in Latvia.

Hell - that poor creature can't even write Lithuanian
surnames or place names properly.  Just another damn
russkie.

I can give one credit, on Russian page they spelt Panevëþys how it is
pronounced in Lithuanian as opposed to Soviet version.  However, it is
clear that the Russian version of the article is the original.

Instead of posting these things, Andrius should translate his favorite
KPRF articles to Lithuanian - they are much more exciting than this
one.
