Are there many ethnic Suomi who dislikes
Swedish-speaking minority? Something is
telling me that there aren't many.

You are right, there really aren't many. But we have a never-ending
discussion about 'pakkoruotsi' (forced Swedish): many school-kids (probably
a majority at least of the boys) dislike having to learn Swedish. They think
it's a waste of time to learn another small language and would rather choose
e.g. German. If you ask me it doesn't matter what second (next to obligatory
English) language they study, because those who object to learning Swedish
will never learn German properly either.

The reason for teaching Swedish is of course our official bilingualism, but
in my opinion having at least an elementary grasp of Swedish is part of our
Nordic identity, even if most Finns nowadays prefer to communicate in
English with our Scandinavian neighbours.

Today, English is the most useful language on this planet. Would an
average Finnish teenager speak fairly fluent English?
