"Russian National Party in Estonia" - sounds quite strange - party
made out of Russian nationals???-

I find that news from comments on our Delfi portal (russian language
version). Now I check it by official sources - it is "Russian Party in
Estonia" (Russkaya Partija Estonii). Also their outcome was much
better on last elections then in my original post - they got 1 082
votes :-)

I find it odd when the party is based on Ethnicity.
