You probably missed the development which happened a while ago: all
that Iran wants from Russia is the fuel. Russia stipulated fuel delivery
by its return and supervision. Iran rejected these conditions. All
activity since then is suspended. The disagreement between EU, US on
one side and Russia and China on the other is about toughness of
economic sanctions, not about cooperation with Iran in nuclear matters
as there is no such cooperation.
