Well, what can I say? Really sad all this happens - a lot of shops

nobody was killed a/o seriously wounded ... I'm unaware of riots in
Moscow a/o St. Pete, either.
But who's freedom of speech is affected? Police acts only if someone
attacs them or starts looting.

No. Veterans are peaceful folks - and their interests are in past.
Place starts to collect "imperial" folks, young boys drinking and
shouting names on any estonian walking by. So people start to avoid
that place. Hardly anyone wants that there is a place in center of
Estonian capital where is dangerous to go if you are an estonian. This
was reason statue was removed.
