yes, if Russia is willing to sell it. and they should make a goodwill
gesture by selling it for 53% of the value.
in my opinion this situation can be solved only if the three countries
negotiate an agreement.
otherwise LT will keep claiming, and Italy will be in an uneasy situation
between LT and RU.
