The Australian Government now has a policy that requires anyone wanting
to be an Australian Citizen to become familiar with the language and
laws of Australia.
This idea has been attacked by the Chairthing (Man/Manette, who knows?)
of the Commonwealth Ethnic Multi-Culti Slush Fund (Or Something).
It's not a bad idea. It could catch on throughout Europe, including the
Baltics. The notion that if you choose to go someplace, you follow the
laws and learn the language of the place you chose to go to.

from what i have read recently germany is leaning in that direction too.
it makes perfect sense.
Does this mean that Topolski will be thrown out?
