Just how can we detect this phenomenon?
It's easy buddy. If history runs as expected Putin will left Russia
strong and self confident. It's OK provided that somebody will be able
to counterbalance it. Otherwise - without strong and self confident USA
(and without superprez Putin) - Russia will get messianic again, and
even Krapo will detect the change immediately, then. So sez old Chinese
law of world power triangle. It's elementary mechanics, "stupid"!
