Riddle of Common sense

Being a cave bred rooskie I am not really always understand what
enlightened Euros are talking when they refer to something they call
"common sense". That's why I humbly ask Vello to reveal to me the common
sense in Georgia's, cherished democratic friend of Baltics, behavior:
a) Saakashvili announcement that if given British commandos he would
take Kremlin in a day.
b) His decision to appoint minister of Defense to negotiate with Russia
on quality of Georgian wines.(Is minister of agriculture is training
speznaz?)
c) The aforementioned minister resolution of solving the problem. Right
before the negotiations to start he gave press conference where he
assured that the problem will be solved in few days because on Russian
side it was caused by politics and Russians will drink excrements
otherwise. No negotiations followed because the problem is now solved
for sure - no Georgian wines in Russia in any foreseeing future.
So which entry - a), b) or c) illustrates the common sense?
I especially applaud the tough guy stance of the minister of Defense. He
has just a trifle to wrap it up - explain a million of Georgian farmers
how to survive on dog food.
