I didn't say you can't, but the man (not in question) is Latvian. The
point was that collaboration between UK and Latvian authorities was
excellent, it was nothing to do with his ethnic background.
Did you
learn this double-moral in Vysshaja Partijnaja Shkola?
I can't recall going to school with you. My last school was No.75,
next to Lido, it is still there, check it out if you ever visit there.
