Nice try, but every Latvian source describes him as a citizen (not a
resident) of Latvia. Dembovskis is quite a common surname among ethnic
Latvians, too, and guessing at ethnicity by surname is a completely
idiotic enterprise in Latvia, and especially in Latgola.

oh come now mr.cedrins... hasn't SCB taught you that there is no way an
ethnic latvian can ever commit a crime? only ethnic russian residents can be
capable of such things.
