You are confused by foreign words. He3 fusion is 100% real, very simple
D + He3 --> p(14.7 MeV) + He4 (3.7 MeV) + 18.4 MeV
and nearly radiation-free, whereas nuclear fission smells like
Chernobyl. He3 delivery is the only trouble, but there is plenty of He3
on Moon. So rocket biz can solve all our problems easily.
